OUR FACILITY
Multi-Purpose Facility
Our facility is a 12,600 sq ft multi-purpose building that features living and training space. A 5,000 sq ft portion of the building provides a kitchen and lounge area in addition to 3 bunk rooms for up to twenty guests as well as a bathroom with multiple showers, and laundry facility. In addition, there is ample meeting space for classroom settings.
Adverse Terrains & Tracking
The 31-acre property just north of the facility was originally a pecan orchard. The orchard is in the beginning phases of development for a wide range of purposes, to include but not limited to, K9 handler training in adverse terrains and tracking.
Water Training & Rescue
Our training grounds include a ½-acre pond specifically designed to provide a wide array of marine-based options for both K9 and personnel training.
